Frank D. Johns has over 37 years of experience completing government and private sector capital projects on time and within budget, Frank is a professional electromechanical designer. Throughout his career, Frank has worked for many Fortune 500 companies, including TE Connectivity, Core Source Technologies, LLC, JLG Industries, Advance Conversion Technologies, Manitowoc Cranes Group, among others.

Frank is uniquely qualified and at Non-Metallic Connectors Inc. is the lead designer responsible for mechanical CAD modeling, drawings, and prototype fabrication, among other engineering related tasks. Having considerable manufacturing experience allows him to design each NMC component with efficiency with manufacturability in mind. His broad design experience has enhanced the efficiency and profitability of Non-Metallic Connectors, Inc. and in developing our prototypes.

Frank is affable and easy to work with and is quick to support others and help whenever he can. He enjoys working in a team environment, with each team member working toward a common goal. In his spare time, Frank enjoys playing the piano, writing and recording music, is an avid aquarist, loves to read, and enjoys time with his family.
