For the past 14 years, Paula has been responsible managing an independent financial service firm on the West Coast of California. She is a licensed Financial Advisor in good standing with FINRA and the SEC.

Paula brings a wealth of knowledge in financial and accounting management. She oversees and manages financial budgets for small businesses and individuals and specializes in retirement planning, estate planning strategies, education planning, investment management services and 401K portfolios and investment assessment. On behalf of businesses, she specializes in business succession, employee pension and deferred compensation plans, and business partnership agreement funding. Paula has been a member of the Board of Non-Metallic Connectors, Inc. since its inception as part of her role as CFO, early-stage investor, and equity shareholder at the startup. She continues to work closely with the CEO in the development of NMC concepts and as an advisor on all financial matters related to the company.
Paula also has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal at various law firms, in managing law firms, and was in charge of researching law and writing briefs. She is no stranger to pressure as she has experience in working in high-risk positions as an administrator for a brigade commander over two U.S. military bases in Taegu, South Korea. Paula is passionate about the development of the NMC concepts now and in the future and is excited to participate the exciting concepts developed here.
