David Sinisi is an experienced executive with unusual broad experience in Product Development, Operations, Process Development, and Technology Development. With 40 years with TE Connectivity with is most previous role as Distinguished Technical Fellow, David also has served as Vice President of Digital Engineering & Factor, Vice President of Product Development, CTO & Vice President of Engineering for TE Connectivity’s DataCom Business Segment, and other senior roles during his distinguished carrier. He successfully managed 100-800 person global engineering teams that have launched products worth over $500MM in annual sales with $100MM.

The last 7 years of his career were devoted to developing TE's Digital Transformation. This encompassed developing an enterprise-wide strategy to digitize both the new product introduction process and over 100 global factories with the end goal to drive 20% net productivity. This comprehensive strategy ultimately was consistent and, in some cases, exceeded today’s industry best practices. At Non-Metallic Connectors, Inc. he currently serves as an advisor for business development & strategy.
