Dr. Tom comes to us with 30+ years of marketing experience with companies such as Lexus, BMW, M&M Mars, Masterfoods, T-Mobile, Fox Sports, and Publicis-USA to name a few. He has launched new divisions, industries, and hundreds of new products throughout his career. He brings the marketing prowess needed to capitalize on the enormous advantage and undertaking we have to take over the connector industry. Our aim is to design the plethora of products needed to replace all metal-to-metal connectors with the NMC products.

He has a doctorate and master’s in organizational leadership and development, a master’s in internet marketing, a certificate in AI for business strategy from MIT, and a change management certificate from PROSCI. He now coaches businesses on launching and building products to survive and thrive into and through the 4th industrial revolution.
